Original EFT Instruction
I use Original EFT Instructions (Gary Craig's version) extensively in my therapy sessions.

Geo- Specific EFT application
I have developed an unique and creative EFT application which includes the native languages in the affirmations, based on the psychology of linguistics. This is effective because most of the times we THINK in our native language. The structure and syntax of the native languages are incorporated in the standard EFT phrase to get maximum results. This is NOT simple translation. You can learn this form of EFT application by taking the Intensive EFT course.

Customized Affirmations

Customized wording for affirmations according to culture and belief system of the client is developed. People manifest their issues in different ways and cultural variations specifically play a vital role. Only developing customized wording for affirmations in EFT gives an edge to it. Algorithms for client specific problems are also used. I use PSYCHO-ANALYTICAL TOOLS to customize the affirmations and to find the core aspects of a problem.

Choices Method - Developed by Patricia Carrington; focuses on positive affirmations for creating powerful resource states. It is one of most useful techniques in EFT.

Counseling/Psychotherapy combined with EFT is a potent tool for finding core issues & understanding the nature of problems to achieve faster resolution.

As a Counseling Psychologist, I help individuals in overcoming problems affecting their daily lives. The focus is on adjustment problems rather than serious psychiatric illnesses. I deal with neurosis (anxiety, panic attacks, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Phobias, PTSD etc)  which is less severe psychopathology than psychosis (Schizophrenia, Mental retardation, etc). Rational Emotive Therapy (RET) is one of the therapies that I use for counseling. It is a part of Cognitive behavior therapy. The focus of RET is to identify and target irrational beliefs, since they lead to maladjustment and self defeating behavior.

Internal statements that people repeat to themselves sometimes reflect the irrational beliefs that they have
formed. It is a result of "hand me downs" that they have gathered and believed to be necessary for a meaningful existence. These beliefs are not analyzed and accepted unquestionably. An example of one such unrealistic belief  is that one has to be liked by everyone. These kinds of beliefs may lead to emotional turmoils and conflicts. The clients are helped in recognizing these beliefs and guided in adopting new rational beliefs; rational and logical expectations of themselves, others and their environments. The clients take an active role in this process.

Value Oriented Therapy - Many a times, values that are cherished are compromised and that later gives rise to conflicts. In this type of therapy, personal values and the thoughts or situations that interfere with these values are identified and changed. This helps in reducing internal conflicts.
Assessment tests for panic, anxiety, stress, low self esteem and other problems are also done when required.
